Q1. How much does it cost to rent a room?

Q2. Must I hire exclusive catering through the Fayetteville Town Center, or can I provide outside catering?
The renter can bring in any caterer or do it themselves.


Q3. Can I bring in my own alcohol?
Unless the event is for a non-profit, all alcohol must be purchased through the Town Center. Click here to download our complete Alcohol & Cash Bar Policy


Q4. Do you have a kitchen or facilities for a caterer?
Yes, we have a full catering kitchen with two electric convection ovens, two gas convection ovens, a gas
oven/stove top, dishwasher, two coolers and an ice machine.


Q5. As a renter, what are my responsibilities after the event?
The renter is required to remove all items they bring and any trash generated by the event. If the kitchen is used, it must be cleaned and approved by the Event Manager.


Q6. Can we hang decorations (ie. art or banners) in our room?
You can hang pictures or banners on the air walls using tape only. 3M command hooks may be used on the painted walls. Ceiling decorations are possible with arrangements prior to the event.


Q7. Do you have full-length linens?
The FTC has four point lap length linens with the corners touching the floor.


Q8. Does the Town Center provide silverware, plates, or glassware?
No, the renter must provide silverware, plates, and glassware.


Q9. Is internet access available?
Yes, the Town Center has wired and wireless hookups.


Q10. Will we have to set up or tear down our tables and chairs?
No, the Fayetteville Town Center staff will have your room set by 8:00 AM the day of your event.


Q11. What if there are complications during the event?
In the event of an unexpected occurrence, the highly capable staff of the Fayetteville Town Center will be present to assist in any way they can.


Q12. Can we have our event outside on the plaza gardens?
The plaza is are available to the renter if the entire facility is rented to them.


Q13. What is the parking situation at the Fayetteville Town Center?
The gate into the parking garage is open with free parking available on Saturdays from 6 AM until 6 PM. Outside of those times the parking fee is $4.00 per vehicle. There are 218 available parking spaces in the garage and approximately 1,000 spaces close to the square. Gate will be open during guest arrivals.


Q14. What size tables do you have?
A) 60" round tables which seat 8-10
B) 6' x 30" rectangular table for approximately 3 seats per side
C) 6' x 15" classroom tables
D) 36" x 72" serpentine
E) 36" round cocktail tables, tall or short


Q15. Can we use sparklers or fireworks at the town center?
All fireworks are strictly prohibited.


Q16. How much glitter and confetti can I use?
None. While festive, glitter and confetti can be a problem for other guests at the Town Center.


Q17. How long do I have the room?
Room rentals will have 12 hr. access


Q18. Is the Fayetteville Town Center accessible to individuals with disabilities?
The Fayetteville Town center meets ADA accessibility guidelines.


Q19. What is included in the room rental fee?
Tables, chairs, lap-length linens in black or white, and basic audio/visual equipment are included. Items that can be rented for an additional fee can be found here. Click Here to Download the Town Center Rental Form.


Q20. Is there a deposit for the room? Is the deposit refundable?
A rental at the Fayetteville Town Center requires half of the room rental fee to be paid at the time the contract is signed the other half is due the month before your event. The deposit is non-refundable.
